Based in New York City and raised in New England, John-Michael is an award-winning actor, director and collaborator passionate about creating work that is dynamic, inclusive and engaging.

His pop/rock vocal stylings found him traveling the United States and Canada on the critically acclaimed 10th Anniversary tour of Rock of Ages (Lonny Barnett) from 2018 to 2019. Other performances of note have brought him to such esteemed venues as Symphony Hall in Boston, Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh, The Cell in New York City and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland.

Recently, he has had the opportunity to work on several new musical projects still in development, including Nikki Sixx’s the Heroin Diaries, Traffic & Weather (featuring the music of Adam Schlesinger / Fountains of Wayne) and Sam’s Room.

John-Michael is also a proud supporter & advocate of theater education and youth theatre. He has taught masterclasses, workshops & coaches privately. He most recently led monologue workshops for the Musical Theatre Intensive at the Winnipesaukee Playhouse in Meredith, NH.

He loves vintage clothing, horror movies and is registered to vote. He hopes to work with you soon.
